- 12 noon – 2 PM is daily nap time; no drop-offs or pick-ups for daycare or boarding during this time. We charge a $16 fee if you fail to observe nap time.
- Late pick-up, up to 90 minutes after closing. Call ahead or tell us at check-in.
- Early drop-off, up to an hour before opening. Call ahead.
NOTE TO BOARDING CUSTOMERS: On Saturday and Sunday we open at 9:00 AM, not 7:00. Call 24 hours ahead for early drop-off.

Sleepovers include play with the daycare dogs. You start paying for daycare on checkout day.
